Minnesota School of Cosmetology (MSC) provides hands-on training for careers in beauty and fashion. Our school includes classrooms and a professional salon setting where you can learn how to cut, color and style hair; give manicures and pedicures; provide spa treatments; and perform various skin care techniques. Upon graduation, you could have everything you need to be a versatile artist in this industry.
Here's a sample of what you could learn at our hands-on beauty school:
- Hair design services - cuts, colors, foils, chemical texturizing, corn rows, wraps/bumps, up dos, braiding, flat ironing, curling and deep conditioning
- Nail services - basic and spa manicures and pedicures, French polish application, artificial nail application, nail repair
- Waxing services - brow, lip, chin, legs
- Esthiology (skin care) services - spa facials, masks, make-up application
